This agreement governs every project, deliverable, or subscription you purchase from IntelliDoc Agency. By submitting an intake form or making a payment, you agree to these terms.
IntelliDoc provides five per-project services, grouped into three families.
Document Factory — Contracts, proposals, briefs, and other professional documents. Standard turnaround is 2–4 business hours.
Research Pipeline — Live-research reports, competitive intelligence summaries, market analyses, and due diligence briefings. Standard turnaround is 4–8 business hours.
Content Operations — Client newsletters, proposals, thought leadership, and business communications. Standard turnaround is 48 hours per piece.
Each SKU is a stand-alone, per-project purchase. There are no retainers or subscriptions. The specific scope and deadline for each engagement is captured in the intake form you complete at checkout.
IntelliDoc does not provide legal, financial, investment, tax, or regulatory advice. Documents produced by IntelliDoc are professional drafts and templates. They are not a substitute for review by a licensed attorney, CPA, or other qualified professional.
Clients in regulated industries (law, finance, healthcare) are responsible for having all IntelliDoc deliverables reviewed by the appropriate licensed professional before use.
IntelliDoc uses artificial intelligence language models to generate document content. By engaging IntelliDoc, you acknowledge and accept that:
Each deliverable includes one round of revisions at no additional charge. Revision requests must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery. Revisions are limited to adjustments within the original scope of work. Material changes to scope, subject matter, or output format are treated as new engagements.
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the content of each deliverable. IntelliDoc retains the right to reference the existence of the engagement for business purposes (e.g., "served a law firm client") but will not disclose the specific contents of your documents without your written permission.
IntelliDoc treats all information you provide — company details, client names, deal terms, strategic plans — as confidential. This information is used only to produce your deliverable and is not shared with third parties.
IntelliDoc's total liability for any claim arising from a deliverable is limited to the amount you paid for that specific deliverable. IntelliDoc is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost deals, or regulatory penalties arising from your use of a deliverable.
You agree that any claim against IntelliDoc must be brought within 60 days of the deliverable's delivery date.
You may not use IntelliDoc to produce:
IntelliDoc reserves the right to decline or discontinue any engagement that violates this policy, with a full refund of any amounts paid.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
This agreement, together with any Scope of Work or intake confirmation, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. It supersedes any prior discussions, emails, or representations.
By submitting a paid intake form, Client accepts these terms in full.
