Refund Policy
Clear, No-Fine-Print Refunds
We want you to be comfortable paying upfront, so here's exactly how refunds and credits work.

The Short Version
- Before we start working: Full refund, no questions asked. Email us within 30 minutes of payment.
- After we start but before delivery: You can cancel; we refund the portion of the work not yet completed.
- After we deliver your document: No refunds, but you get one free revision and — if we missed the agreed deadline — a full credit toward a future order.
1. Change-of-Heart Window (First 30 Minutes)
If you pay for an order and change your mind within 30 minutes, email hello@intellidocagency.com with your order confirmation and we'll refund the full amount. No explanation needed. We haven't started working yet, so there's nothing lost on either side.
2. Cancellation Before Delivery
If more than 30 minutes have passed but we haven't delivered yet, you can still cancel. Here's what happens:
- If we haven't started drafting, full refund.
- If we've started drafting, we refund the portion that matches the work remaining. For example, if we're about halfway through, we refund about half.
- We'll tell you honestly where we are and what the refund amount will be.
3. After Delivery — What's Refundable and What's Not
Once your finished document is emailed to you, the order is considered complete and is non-refundable. Here's what you get instead:
- One free round of revisions. Send us what needs to change within 5 business days of delivery and we'll revise it at no cost. Revisions are adjustments within the original scope — not a new document or a new subject.
- Delivery-miss credit. If we promised delivery by a specific time (e.g., "within 48 hours") and we missed it, you can request a full credit toward a future IntelliDoc order. The credit equals 100% of what you paid and doesn't expire.
We chose a credit model rather than refunds on missed deadlines because it lets us make things right without you losing the work you already need. If the credit doesn't work for you in a specific situation, email us and we'll figure something out.
4. How to Request a Refund or Credit
Email hello@intellidocagency.com with:
- Your order confirmation number (from the Stripe receipt)
- What you're requesting (refund or credit)
- Why (one sentence is fine)
We aim to reply within one business day. Refunds appear on your card within 5–10 business days once approved; credits are applied to your account immediately.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with an order, please email us first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first makes it harder for us to help, and chargebacks cost both of us money (Stripe keeps its fees either way). We'd rather just fix the issue directly.
