Two options. You can fill out the brief yourself on the client's behalf — you'll enter the client's name and email so the finished document goes straight to them. Or you can share the link directly with your client and let them fill it out. Either way, the document is in their inbox within 48 hours. The most common requests from CPA clients are NDAs, independent contractor agreements, client service agreements, engagement letters, and operating agreements. We also handle consulting proposals, partnership agreements, master service agreements, and most other standard business documents. Documents start at $75. Payment is made at the time of order via Stripe — no retainer, no subscription, no minimum commitment. You can pay on behalf of a client or have the client pay directly. Either works. There's no ongoing cost to you for referring clients our way.
Most contracts and standard agreements are ready in 2–4 hours. Research reports and more complex documents take 4–8 hours. For CPA referrals, we quote 48 hours to give a comfortable buffer — but most orders come back faster. If a client has a hard deadline, note it in the brief and we'll prioritize accordingly.
We produce professional-grade documents based on standard legal frameworks and current drafting conventions. They are not produced by a licensed attorney and do not constitute legal advice. For straightforward, standard agreements — NDAs, contractor agreements, engagement letters — they are appropriate for most small business situations. For complex transactions, disputes, or jurisdiction-specific requirements, we always recommend the client consult an attorney.
One revision is included with every order. The client replies to the delivery email, tells us what needs to change, and we re-run the document — no additional charge. If a document needs extensive rework beyond that, we'll discuss options, but in practice it rarely comes up when the brief is filled out clearly.
Not at the moment — we're a small operation and keep things simple. There's no formal referral program, no paperwork to sign, and no commission structure. CPAs refer clients to us because it solves a real problem for their clients, not because of an incentive. If that changes in the future, we'll reach out to firms that have been referring clients our way.
